I cannot say enough amazing things about this office! As a walk-in patient, I honestly didn’t expect to be seen the same day, but they welcomed us with kindness and had us taken care of quickly. From the moment we walked through the door, the customer service was outstanding. A huge thank you to Hope at the front desk for being so warm, welcoming, and efficient. She immediately made us feel comfortable and valued. Evan and Valerie, the dental assistants, were absolutely phenomenal! They were patient, gentle, knowledgeable, and made my girls feel safe and at ease throughout the entire visit. Their positive attitudes truly made all the difference. And Dr. Gonzalez was exceptional!!! She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and treated my girls with such compassion and care. It’s clear she genuinely loves what she does and puts her patients first. Finding a pediatric dental office that combines professionalism, efficiency, and genuine compassion is rare, but this team exceeded every expectation. I am beyond grateful for the same-day care and the incredible experience we had. We have definitely found our new dental home, and I will gladly recommend this office to every parent I know! We had the BEST first experience at Groves Kids Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, Hope, Fatima, and Tatiana made my girls feel so welcome and comfortable. Dr. Gonzalez was absolutely amazing kind, patient, and wonderful with kids. The superhero theme is spot on and made the entire visit so much fun! My girls were so entertained that they didn’t even feel like they were at the dentist. Seeing them excited instead of nervous was priceless. We were truly blown away by how much fun they had and how caring everyone was. Thank you for making our first visit such a memorable one. We can’t wait to come back!
